FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Senator Pileggi Reminds Constituents of New Headlight LawSen. Dominic Pileggi (R-9) would like to remind his constituents of a new law which went into effect on Jan. 1. The law requires motorists to turn on their vehicle headlights any time weather conditions require the use of windshield wipers. Motorists who do not comply could face a fine of $25, but with fees and other associated costs, the total penalty would approach $100.
