Lewis, III and Chester Mayor Wendell N. Butler, Jr., announced that the City of
Chester will receive a $50,000 private donation over a two year period to update
the Chester Police Manual and print more copies for the citys police force of
more than 100 officers. |
January 12, 2010 Senator Pileggi visited Robert Treate Hogg Cabinetmakers in
Oxford, Pennsylvania, to tape his "Pileggi Report" video show. Mike Hoffmeier,
owner and CEO of the company, describes an antique chest being reproduced for a
customer. Since 1936, Robert Treate Hogg Cabinetmakers has created custom-made
furniture and specialized pieces, such as lecterns and cabinets for
institutional use. |

January 12, 2010 Senator Pileggi visited Eldreth Pottery in Oxford,
Pennsylvania, to tape his "Pileggi Report" video show. Dan Watt, production
manager, explains to Senator Pileggi how the redware pottery is individually
hand painted after drying, creating unique, one-of-a-kind designs. For more
than 25 years, Eldreth Pottery has created handmade salt-glazed stoneware and
redware pottery. |

January 2, 2010 - Senator Pileggi was on hand as AT&T donated $75,000 to the Boys & Girls Club of Chester. The funds will be used to expand BGCC's year-round reading and math programs.
