September 13, 2007 – Senator Pileggi toured the construction site for the Chester County Technical High School in West Grove. Construction began in the fall of 2006; the school is scheduled to open in September 2008. Once completed the high school will be Pennsylvania’s first technical and career high school to be built from the ground up in more than a decade.
