July 27, 2007 – Senator Pileggi joined The
Honorable Wendell Butler, Jr., Mayor of Chester, to
announce funding for the City’s Wellington Heights
Homeownership Project. The funding will be used to
construct 20 semi-detached, single-family homes in
both the Highland Gardens and 6th and Rearney
neighborhoods of the City of Chester. The grant was
awarded by the Pennsylvania Department of Community
and Economic Development. Pictured are: (left to
